The Client
MetaboliK is a
leading health initiative, aimed to address the multifaceted challenges of weight management through
a combination of FDA-approved medications, health coaching, nutrition therapy, and behavioral
modifications. Their goal was to empower individuals to achieve long-lasting results in a
judgment-free and supportive environment.
Brand & Strategy Kickoff
The MetaboliK
team and I jointly developed brand attributes, target groups and corporate goals. The goal was not
to have extensive discussions or to develop a perfect solution, but to make quick decisions, to get
commitment and to be able to act strategically despite limited time and budget.
By brainstorming and prioritizing ideas in terms of efficiency and awareness, we quickly came to a
roadmap with the next steps, focusing not just on the website, but also on the organization itself –
I believe that a strong organization is more likely to create strong products and services.
Finding a Visual Style
After a few
discussions I took the mission statement and the brand attributes to craft a few different design
directions to present to the client right before starting. The approach was to integrate design
strategies and methodologies, aimed to bridge the gap between complex medical information and
user-friendly presentation, ensuring a compelling and informative digital experience for prospective
program participants.
User Research and Understanding
Conducted in-depth user research to comprehend the target audience's needs, pain points, and
